Refund policy
Returns
Return and exchange policy applies 30 days since your purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, item must be unused and in the same condition as was received. It must also be in the original packaging. For obvious hygienic reasons, opened or tried on products are non returnable non exchangeable with no exceptions.
For return request, please contact us by email with your name, order number, phone number and reason for return. If you are eligible for return, you will be granted a return authorization number in the next open 48 hours.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected. If return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your refund since the reception of returned item by our return department. This delay may be longer.
Late or missing refunds
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank. There is often some processing time. If delays are longer then expected, please contact us at info@doctorbrace.com.
Shipping
Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned or exchanged item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend customer to use a trackable shipping service and to purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any damage related to shipping back a returned item.
